   Can't install. Host says this is problem;

   [client 69.242.168.109] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_initial_constants() in /var/www/vhosts/heartofwisdom.com/httpdocs/store/wp-settings.php on line 24

   How do I fix?

   Try uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes directory manually, as the error is looking for a function it can't find.
