• I just upgraded from 2.5 (by upgrading to Semiologic Pro v6.0) and unlike the ‘Text’ widget, the ‘PHP Code’ widget doesn’t let me control which posts/pages the widget affects.
I believe that the ‘Widget Contexts Plugin’ provides this facility but it doesn’t appear to be working with the php-code-widget.

So basically I’m no longer able to specify which pages my php code should appear on if I use the php-code-widget, although I used to be able to do this in v2.5

Can anyone throw any light on this?

    Steve

The PHP Code widget is no different than the Text widget, really.

And the Text widget doesn’t “let you control which posts/pages the widget affects” either. So you must have some kind of custom code in a plugin or in your theme that allows that.

Either way, that is not something the text widget or the php code widget does.
