• Hi,

Today I received some 404 error on my blog. When logged in through the admin panel, everything works, accepts the pages and posts. Although it reckonized that I have 4 posts, when clicked it says “no posts found”.

My webserver recently updated to php 5.3, so it could have something to do with that. I contact my host, but they are not able to resolve the problem and are further looking into it now.

They adviced me to upgrade to the latest WordPress, which is what I di, but no result.

Anyone got a clue what I can do to get the site back online?

    Cheers,
    Jan

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

    – resetting your custom permalinks to the default setting?

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Any solution to this problem?
I have the exact same problem after an upgrade to php 5.3.

    Please help!
