   In addition to that problem, the dashboard appearance is screwy, at least on Firefox 3.6.22 on OSX.

   Can you explain this a little more? Are the images missing from the live site or from the dashboard?

   Images are in the Library.

   The issue with the appearance is difficult to describe, but the gray menu bar with the links: Thank you for creating with WordPress. • Documentation • Freedoms • Feedback • Credits

   sits over the top the page name, such as "Edit Post" and there's a large blank area above it and under where the blog title and the greeting "Howdy, admin". There are no links to navigate from one section of the site to another, so I can't go straight to the media library or Plug-ins, Themes, other settings.
