Photos don’t display after changing hosts

    Hello,

    Everything is working fine after moving to a new host except one thing — no pictures display, only the photo filename is displayed.

    The uploads folder is still set as wp-content/uploads, and I checked and all the photos are in their proper directories (date-based). But when editing a post and browsing the photos, only the filenames are displayed.

    What have I missed?

    I would say you didn’t change “hosts”… but domains!
    This is hardcoded in your latest post: src="http://www.lynnethompson.net/blog
    which means all the links to your images have your old domain in them.

    After backing up the database – I’d try the “search and replace” plugin.

    Come to think of it, I did change domains as well!

    I am in the process of having the old domain resolve to the new one, but that has not gone through yet. It does explain the problem though, and I am too close to see it. Thanks!
