   When I try and upload photos they do not show up.

   I have tried altering the file size and the number of pixels, but they do not show up still.

   The website is http://www.thejewelleryhouse.co.uk.

   we had a friend set up the website and and I am trying to add new items to the shop, but struggling photo wise.

   Any help gratefully received (remember I'm a bit thick though and will need step by step instructions).

   What shop plugin are you using?

   2 plug ins are on the site - Askimet and All in One SEO Pack.

   Really, no e-commerce or anything? How does your shop run?

   We have a Paypal account that things go through for us. I have to say I'm not really up on it. This was set up for us by a friend and I am just trying to add new items.

   Alright, well, I am not sure if I can help you then...if I don't know what you are using to run your store, it is quite hard for me to picture what needs to be done. Sorry I can't be of more help.
