Thanks for your feedback! While some of the Jetpack libraries are served through WordPress.com, it seems like a good idea to serve all of them through our CDN.
We'll consider adding this option to a future Jetpack update!
Most of our CSS/JS files are already served from a CDN. You should see them show up as s*.wordpress.com URLs (s1, s2, s3, etc.).
But not custom CSS? eg: '/?custom-css=1&csblog=16&cscache=6&csrev=1'
and if not via s1, s2, s3, etc what's the best way to go to cdn via Supper Cache?

The custom CSS is actually stored as a custom post type. You might want to ask the creator of your Cache plugin to look into a good way of caching it.
