I want to have a photolog on my WordPress page but the only stuff I could find about it was how to make a photolog from a new WordPress install. That's not really what I'm looking for, I want my main page for my regular blogging and a special Photo(b)log page for my random pics inside the same WordPress install. Is this possible?

If you use http://www.plogger.org it is possible. It takes a fair bit of playing about with to customise, but it's certainly possible - I've done it for four different WP sites.
