I'm starting a new blog, which is going to be a mostly-photo blog, with a chunk of text accompanying each photo, and I'm going to find a 2-column template to use.
Also, I'm going to use a Flickr plugin because my blog is going to be very photo-heavy and I don't want to have to upgrade hosting-- would rather keep the pics in my unlimited Flickr account.
My question is this-- I'd like every uploaded photo to have a thick black border around the edges. Is this something that would come from a specific template, or a plugin, or would I have to somehow add this to the CSS myself? Just not sure how to attack this one...
