The plug in seems to be working just fine - my client loves the look of it - but the thumbnails are not displaying in Firefox (just grey boxes) - both Mac and Win. Looks and works fine in IEWin. I have run out of ideas for troubleshooting. Any ideas or trails I can follow?

This is a HORRIBLE plugin. There is no support at all, in the WordPress backend there is a link to go to their "support forum" and you have to pay $49 just to even see the forums? Yeah right!
The black thumbnails is an enormous problem that has NOT BEEN FIXED, and the maker of this plugin is happily ignoring all the posts about it. There are multiple posts here about the black thumbnails with absolutely no replies. This plugin is an epic fail and the owner obviously doesn't give a sh**. WordPress should yank it from the available plugins.
