Photo Collage w/ Page Titles

Hello! I’m looking for a plug-in that will accomplish what I see here:

Does anyone know what this plug-in is or if it is just a hardcoded type thing? I’m setting up a travel blog type site and would love to use a photo collage like the above, with the short description for blog posts. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
