    Hi Mark,
    Greetings.

Just a while ago I got a message from Google Search Quality Team titled:

    "Phishing notification regarding http://mydoctortells.com/".

    The message says:

Below are one or more example URLs on your site which may be part of a phishing attack:
    http://www.chase.com.onlinebanking.mydoctortells.com/chase/Logon.php
Here is a link to a sample warning page: http://www.google.com/interstitial?url=http://www.chase.com.onlinebanking.mydoctortells.com/chase/Logon.php

The suspected link mentioned shows a blank page.

My site has never required and has never asked for 'registration' of any sort from visitors.

    Important:
My site has been hacked twice during
    the last six months.
I have taken all steps as instructed in codex <http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_My_site_was_hacked> and wordfence documentation.

Wordfence is always set to Level 3 High Security
Kindly guide me as to the steps I need to take.

    Best wishes,

    Dr. Ashok Koparday
    PS
My WordPress and Plugins are all updated versions.
