Pharma Hack

My site has fallen victim to the Pharma Hack. I went through both of these great articles.

http://blog.sucuri.net/2010/07/understanding-and-cleaning-the-pharma-hack-on-wordpress.htmlI found a couple files that fit the description and removed them however I can’t seem to find in the wp_options table anything the fits their descriptions or even looks suspicious. So since the problem is still occurring I figure something is still in the database. Any thoughts to help?
Additionally I noticed a bunch of rows in the wp_options table for plugins I have long ago deleted. I’ve gone through and deleted things I was sure of but still why do these still exist if the plugin has been removed?
