Peter's Login Redirect – override defaults?

Is there any way I can override the redirect settings? That is, I’m using Peter’s Login Redirect so that all subscribers go to the home page instead of the (egregious) Profile page when they login.

However, when subscribers login from a content page they are trying to access, that is only available to registered subscribers, I’d like them to stay on this page. Is there any way to override the default setting, say for example (like in this case) if I’m logging in from single.php?
