Personalize thumbnail picture stopped working

WordPress version: 3.8.3
Superslider plugin: Excerpt
Plugin version:Latest

On this page which shows all my posts

The last post stopped using the Personalize thumbnail picture posted but rather used one of the default pictures.
I have no explanation for it.
Can you help ?
