I am a photographer and I want a "private" section on my website.
I know that I can put a password on a post or page.

The issue that I have is the media section.
I want to be able to upload pdfs or images and I don't want those items to be able to be linked/downloaded if someone knew the exact URL.

Is it possible to lock things down so ONLY logged in users get access to certain parts of the site and only have permissions to the items I have given them.

I haven't seen anything out of the box that allows WordPress to do this. If anyone knows of a way to do something like this with an add-on I would greatly appreciate the help or direction.

I haven't tried it yet, but I found this plugin today. It should do the job nicely if you're still looking for options.
