Permission denied text when I try to add or delete a page

    When I try to add or delete a post I get a long warning message, I’ve only included one segment of the message below:

    Warning: fopen(/home/wwwover/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/af-extended-live-archive/cache/years.dat) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/wwwover/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/af-extended-live-archive/af-extended-live-archive-include.php on line 723

    The delete or add function still works, just wonder what I need to do to stop the warning message occuring?
