Permanent picture on blog page help | WordPress.org

I need help adding a permanent image to the blog page of the website i run. The guy we have hosting the site has been too busy as of late to help us, and I was hoping I might be able to find something here. Here is a link to the page I am talking about:
http://southsidembc.com/wp/?page_id=8

There used to be an image there, but we need it replaced with a new one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

where exactly on that page do you want to add the image?

as you are using a theme which is not from http://wordpress.org/themes/, you might need to contact the theme’s developer for support.

the quickest way to get that picture in there would be to name the new/replacement picture “southside-pastor.jpg” and then upload that picture via FTP into the http://southsidembc.com/wp/wordpress-content/uploads/2010/03/ directory

Thanks for the replies. I see what you are talking about when you say to rename the replacement picture and upload to the same directory the old was in. I can do that, but the mouse-over caption also needs to be changed. Any thoughts on that? Thanks again.
