Permalinks to use Page "Categories" same as Posts

    I’m trying to replicate exactly how WordPress creates URLS for posts with pages too. It lets you select categories for a post, which it will then use in the url.

    I’m using the permalink setting of:

    Custom Structure: /%category%/%postname%/

    Pages will be used much more than Posts for this website, and I need them in categories too. I tried using this plugin which adds the option to use Categories for Pages. Unfortunately WordPress doesn’t recognize this and the page URL doesn’t include the category.

    Right now for all pages it just uses the structure /%postname%/ since technically WordPress doesn’t give Pages category options.

    How do I achieve this? Worst case scenario I would just edit each page URL and add in the “/CATEGORY/”, except that WordPress wont let you put a dash “/” in URL’s when editing. I’m stumped on what to do here.. anyone know a solution?
