permalinks tag problem in retrieving infos

I have a problem on my blog with my social icons and my comments getting apperently mixed up among different posts, but today I noticed that actually what’s haappening is this:
social icons links (like the button of twitter to retweet the post) refer to the tag <?php the_permalink() ?> to retrieve the address of the post to send.
The same goes with comments, that are displayed according to the permalink of the current post.

The problem is that I noticed both comments and social buttons permalink don’t refer to the current post but to the last post shown in my “related articles” menu.
how could I fix this? and anyway why is this happening?
