Permalinks structure problem

I have problem with permalinks,im using numeric permalinks already 2 years and i have over 2500 published posts. i would to make my permalinks to custom structure: category/post name.. but when i change to custom structure im getting 404 error for all existing posts.. can somebody help to fix that? here is website http://www.routetwelv.com
