I've been using Yoast SEO for some time and I love it! Recently I am seeing a lot of 404 errors reported by Google because it appears internal pages and external pages are linking or have linked to pages without the category.

    For example: 404
    http://www.bodybuildingsecretslive.com/effects-of-alcohol-on-muscle/

When in reality this page is located at:
    http://www.bodybuildingsecretslive.com/fitness-tips/effects-of-alcohol-on-muscle/

If I put in an incorrect category in the URL like:
    http://www.bodybuildingsecretslive.com/natural-bodybuilding/effects-of-alcohol-on-muscle/

    It actually redirects correctly?

Maybe at one point I had some plug-in that stripped the category or just ignored it and looked for the page url?

The pages still exist but they were linked internally or externally in some cases without the category.

Is there a way to fix this other than going thru my internal pages and re-linking?
