[resolved] permalinks problem (9 posts)

I duplicated my site to another domain but only frontpage is visible. All other pages give a 'The requested URL /xxx/yyy/ was not found on this server'.
On the original site i use the following permalinks setting: http://www.domain.com/example-message/

When on the duplicated site i switch permalinks to standard, all pages are visible, but after switching back to the original setting only frontpage is visible again.

Check to make sure the .htaccess file is getting updated correctly this is where your permalinks are written to. If you have other plugins that modify this file you might need to validate their settings as well.

    With 0.4.1 issue still there.

    .htaccess is restored correctly

i removed .htaccess and went to the permalinks settings and changed them.
system has created a new correct .htaccess file.

But still permalinks set to standard: all ok
permalinks set to post: 'The requested URL /xxx/yyy/ was not found on this server'.

Another thing to keep in mind:

The .htaccess file has to be deleted from the new location, otherwise it will throw an error. So not only the config.php file.
