   I have a site with over 2000 pages and the site will not load if i use permalinks, just times out 30 seconds on rewrite.php line 848

   Site works fine without permalinks, is there a limit to the amount of pages using permalinks?

   Ok i see the problem, WP creates a few entries in the options rewrite_rules for EVERY page, like 6000 of them! but not posts??
