Permalinks Not Working with Rewrite Script on Zeus (2 posts)

I have a site hosted on a Zeus server via Namesco and have this rewrite script in my main web directory:

[ Moderated - please do not post more than 10 lines of code. Use pastebin.com instead. ]

And the following in my admin panel for permalinks custom structure:

    /index.php/%postname%/

But I still have the index.php part in all my URLs. Is this code wrong or is it not possible with namesco/Zeus to remove index.php?
