Permalinks not working

    If I got to http://site/blog/ I see my recent blog posts in the correct theme. When I click on anything though, it comes back and says something like:

    The requested URL /blog/2010/10/ was not found on this server.

    I have enabled permalinks and if I look in the blog directory I have an .htaccess file that says this:

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f

    </IfModule>

    # END WordPress

    In /etc/apache2/httpd.conf (Lion server) inside my Directory tag I’ve specified “AllowOverride All”

    If I run a phpinfo on the server I do in fact see that mod_rewrite is loaded. Any pointers of where to look next?
