permalinks… multiple categories… where is the “lowest-number” edited

    Hi
    Regarding permalinks…
    Where a post has been placed in multiple categories… it mentions that only ONE category (the one with the lowest number) will be given in the links…

    Where can these numbers be seen in order to allocate, in order to ‘force’ a preferred named category to be in the link?
