I've recently upgraded to 2.6.2 and my permalinks are messed up now. For example I use custom links %category% and %postname% some post will show the parent category/cat/post title (which is what I want.) others will show just the category/post title, and others will add a -2 to the end of a link such as "site.com/tv/parent/cat/post title-cat" and or "site.com/tv/parent/cat/post title-cat-2"
This is really weird. How can I fix this?
