permalinks in Hebrew

    Hi
    I don’t know if this is solvable with my current configuration, but I’ll give it a shot. I have a Hebrew WordPress site on iis 6. When I try to change the permalink to show:
    Month and name: http://www.imj.org.il/wordpress/index.php/2012/10/sample-post/
    the Hebrew name of my post in the URL subsequently becomes encoded and I get a 404 page.
    Is there a way of decoding the URL so that the original Hebrew post name is called?
    I asked this question in the Hebrew forum, but I haven’t received a response.
