    Hello
i have a blog path structure of

    http://www.domain.com/blog/date/2006/06/

How can I get rid of the /blog/date/2006/06
    part of this string?
Or even just the /date/2006/06 part?

    http://www.domain.com/blog/480/golf-clubs/
How could i get rid of the /blog/480 here?

    Thanks for any suggestions
    Art

Yes, I alredy read that but I am not good with code.
Can you explain exactly what the string should be ?
    curently I have

    /%post_id%/%postname%/
    but this gives me
    domain.com/blog/date/2006/06/

I want to reduce this, how can I do it?

    Thanks

  3. /%post_id%/%postname%/ will not give you domain.com/blog/date/2006/06/.

    Is your .htaccess file writable?
