I have tried everything (changed htaccess manually, chmoded it 777), but permalinks in my website http://www.justwired.com just don't work! everytime I click the permalink it takes me back to my homepage instead of the article page. ModRewrite is enabled on my server to so I don't know what's the problem. Please help!

It looks like you went back to the
?p=setup for now. Have you read using permalinks on the codex? Have you tried deleting your.htacess file and uploading a new blank one? That has helped me in the past...
