Permalinks changed – now getting all 404s! ???

Hi. I’ve used WordPress before and with this very same server config, but now, for some strange reason, when i changed my Permalinks to the “numeric” option, like I have in the past…

The links no longer show up! They work when I leave them as default, but not when I changed them to “numeric”. Here is the link to my page…

.. See how under the pages section, “About”, there is a 404 that comes up? I don’t understand why this happened now and never before – using the same exact server? Please help!
