Permalinks change causing organic search traffic to plummit (4 posts)

I changed my permalink structure from
    http://www.keppiecareers.com/2013/02/22/sample-post/
    to
    http://www.keppiecareers.com//%postname%/
I didn't realize it would change links for all the PAST posts. Now, I realize I am losing search traffic and have created lots of broken links from referral sources. Is there a way to automatically re-direct those changed links, or is there something else I need to do to get Google to re-index all the proper links?
I would be so grateful for any help! Thank you.

You might find the Redirection plugin useful.

Thanks! Further study suggests that people who find those older posts on Google actually can link through to them, but they are not coming up as high in search as they always did, which is the real reason for the drop in traffic. Do you know if this plugin could help restore my posts' rankings?

Possibly so, but I'm not an SEO expert.
