Permalinks are getting stripped (1 post)

    Hello all. I want to use permalinks like %category%/%postname%

    but my text are very long and they are in Bulgarian UTF-8.
    Everything after 50 symbols is cutted. Where i can change the code to stop deleting the rest of the link?
