   So I created the post type 'event' and gave it the taxonomies 'category'. Now my post categories show up in the administration page which is all fine. However when I select a (sub)category and publish it the post would show me the following permalink:

   Permalink: http://www.mywordpress.nl/sandbox/vegetables/potatoes/page.html

   However, the custom post type 'event' gives me the following permalink:

   Permalink: http://www.mywordpress.nl/sandbox/event/page.html

   The bigger picture is that I would like to have categories specific for 'event' (so it's own taxonomy). For example Music with a subcategory Dance. Then I would like to have a permalink as such :

   Permalink: http://www.mywordpress.nl/sandbox/event/music/dance/page.html

   When I click on music or dance it would lead me to the category.php.

   At this point i am wondering if that all is possible.
