    My site http://cardiackid.org is having issues with permalinks. I have my .htaccess set to 666 but it doesn’t work. I’m also trying to use th MDV-Archive.

    What do I need to change in structure and category?

    Your permalinks seem to be working fine for me. Exactly what problem are you encountering?
