I've found an article about permalink for posts, but what about for pages?
Is there a way to get something like:
http://example.com/news
instead of the default...
http://example.com/?page_id=13

Sure. Change your Permalinks to anythings besides "Default".
You manage the Page's permalink name via the "slug" field on the Page editor screen (it'll default to the title of the page though).
Well that was easier than I expected. I think I like wordpress :P ...Thanks HandySolo!
HandySolo,
I'm looking at the Page editor and cannot locate the 'slug' field. On WP 2.5.1 where is it?
Right below the Title, right above the editing toolbar where it says Permalink. Click that "Edit" link to the right of the link and you can edit the page slug if needed.
Hope that helps.
hi
