   hi friends,
   how can i create permalink for category and tags like of permalink pages?
   i can't find any topic about that.

   You don't "create" permalinks for anything. WP does it for you.
   Visit your admin > Settings/Options > Permalinks.

   i want to change those to .html at the end of
   [cats and tags] at the end of urls
   ok ?
   i amn't pro on wp, sorry
