Permalink changes breaks links (with steps taken)

Hi Everyone

I’m trying to change back to pretty links after migrating to a VPS. I’m new to this so it’s been a long process. When i switch to post title permalinks (as it used to be) the links are broken.

Steps taken:

It appears that mod_rewrite is working (i checked httpd and it isnt commented out)

Changed AllowOverride from None to All in httpd

.htaccess reads:

These steps were taken after searching around for the problem but has not resolved it, what am I missing?
