   Hi

   I want to create a page called with the link http://www.domain.larces

   So I create the page, add the title larces and the permalink comes up as http://www.domain.larces-3. I tried editing it so that it was just "larches" and it sets back to larches-3.

   I then deleted the page and created a new one with the title larches. Now its gone to http://www.domain.larces-4!!!

   I can't find any pages or posts with the title larches. How do I get it back to "larches"?

   Sorted - there were 3 articles of the same name hiding in the trash. Obviously really!
