Pending Post Email Notification

    Hi – am a bit new to WordPress.

    I have a contributor writing for my site, but I am not (as an administrator) receiving any emails for when he submits a new post, plus I was expecting to see any “pending” posts in my dashboard “Right Now” screen.

    Any advice would be fantastic, thanks
