PDFs don't show up on PDF Documents page

I loaded up all my PDFs to the PDF documents section of the plugin yesterday.

I checked them today, and none of them show up there, as if I haven’t uploaded any of them.

The weird thing is, they still show up and are functioning on the front end of my website. It’s not really a huge deal, I’m just wondering what could be causing this, and also it’d be nice to have them show up on the back end so I don’t upload them more than once. I’ve included a link to a page on my website that shows that the PDFs are showing up on the front end.

And I’m really sorry, but I’m actually not sure what version of WP I’m using, I want to say 3.1, but it does not display at the bottom of the admin dashboard, and I don’t have time to look it up at the moment, as I am at work (my day job).
