I have full up Acrobat on my machine - try:

    File >> Export >> Image >> JPEG

I don't know if Reader does export - there are some other PDF converters out there - try http://www.cnet.com/ in the downloads section - you should be able to find a program there that is free if the programs on your Mac does not have this option. I used a pdf to graphics program a few years back but I am sorry I can't remember off hand what the name was.

You might also look on Adobe's site, sometimes they have web based programs you can use with no charge.

Open the pdf and go to tools->select and zoom->snapshot tool then highlight the area you want to copy. In this case, the whole page of the pdf and then when you open photoshop or other editing program you can paste it and convert it to a jpeg.

Good thing the Mac Pro is online tonight, eh?

Go to the "Applications" folder and launch the "Preview" application. Go to File/Open and select the .pdf file that you want to convert. Then, go to File/Save As. Choose "JPEG" from the "Format" pull-down menu and hit the "Save" button.
