We uploaded a PDF to our "Contact Us" page. When you click on the link to view the PDF file, however, the file comes up in code instead of a PDF document. We have looked through forums, tutorials, etc. to make sure we uploaded the PDF correctly and it seems as if we have. Would someone be able to direct us with this issue?

How was the link made? via the post editor or with script? I ask this because here is what the link looks like:

    <a href="#!/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/CHANG-2002.pdf">CHANG 2002</a>

and here is what it should look like in order to work

    <a href="/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/CHANG-2002.pdf">CHANG 2002</a>

I'm not sure if the theme is doing something to the links be default?

    1. I clicked upload/insert.
    2. chose my pdf from my media library
    3. pressed "show"
    4. Created my Title
    5. Clicked "File URL" (which reads in this window as: http://www.prastera.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/CHANG-2002.pdf )
    6. Clicked "Insert into Post"

I'd assume then the theme is doing something to links (adding #! to the beginning of them). I would contact http://info.template-help.com/help/
Since it appears your theme is a commercial theme purchased from them?
