   When I upgrade to WP 3.2.1 norwegian (nb_NO), I get the error message Not compatible archive.: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

   Sounds like bad download. Can you upgrade manually?

   Try a manual upgrade

   My problem was that the size of the webhotel was overrun. I had to delete some files (images) to get enough space. But the error message was very misleading. See the result of webdesign here.
