    Dear Support;
    I get the following message when I try to install Jetpack, Contact Form 8 etc.:

    PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    And I can't update my themes.

    Can anyone guide me, what I should do to avoid this?
