I’m trying to launch a brand new install of WooCommerce and I can’t seem to get it to connect to PayPal.

Transactions complete for me in Sandbox mode, however when I try to place an order on my live site, I get this error message:

    <span class=
    Your purchase couldn't be completed
    Error Message

We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem.

    My log shows:

    05-21-2013 @ 16:46:14 - Generating payment form for order #2198. Notify URL: http://mysite.com/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Paypal

But then seems to stop before the next steps I noticed take place in Sandbox mode:

    05-21-2013 @ 16:48:18 - Checking IPN response is valid...
    05-21-2013 @ 16:48:18 - IPN Request: Array
    etc...

Does anyone know how to fix?

    Fixed It!

It was the reCaptcha plugin hide mail feature that was not allowing email addresses to be passed along to PayPal.
