Paypal Sandbox Test Problem

    I am testing a course payment through PayPal Sandbox. I use my facilitator account (e-mail address xxx-facilitator@domain.tld) as my PayPal ID in Namaste’s payment settings.

    When I make a payment from a sandbox buyer account, it tells me that either user or password are incorrect. This is not true. Both merchant and buyer account work properly within the sandbox (tested already).

    Please, advise.

    After many hours of frustration, including writing here, I decided to use real PayPal accounts (both merchant and buyer).

    It worked!!!

    Is this a known “problem” with PayPal and sandbox??

    Paypal Sandbox requires an URL that is different than the live URL. We don’t have a setting to change the live URL so sandbox is not supported.
