Paypal request not working when browsing from UAE

    My paypal requests do not work when someone is browsing from the United Arab Emirates. I get “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.” on the checkout page.
    When i use a vpn and hit the site from the UK or US, it shows the paypal option. I am getting sales from Australia so i gather it is working fine from there.
