    Hi folks,

I have a nonprofit website at http://www.rescuties.org . I'm trying to set up a system where people can sponsor us at different yearly donation amounts, similar to this page http://www.magdrl.org/membershippage.htm (except mine will look different) . I have a paypal plugin that allows me to put a donate button on the site, but what I need is something that allows me to have different predetermined donation amounts. I found a plugin that seems to do what I want called "MeBuyYouADrink" but the website has been down for several days, so I can't download it.

I've looked through the support forums and found a few articles about this problem, and tried some of the fixes, such as putting a / at the end of the image tags, but haven't found anything to work yet.

Here's an example of the nonworking code. The donate image shows up, but when you try to click on it you go to an error page.

It looks like you have the basic concept down (make a form, send the user to paypal, etc). The problem you're having is that you essentially put your form inside of a post without realizing that WordPress modifies posts by inserting various other things like <br /> and <p> and such.

There's a few basic ways around this, but this one is easy: Don't use line breaks in forms. Put your form code and all the INPUTs and such all on one line.

Look at the source of your page. Your "encrypted" input has a <br /> at the end of it. WordPress inserted that because there was a line break at that point in your post. That is getting sent to paypal, they can't decode it, and thus it throws up an error. You'll also see that your other inputs have BRs have them as well. These don't matter, but are probably not what you were wanting.
